CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All dispatch-ready products undergo thorough quality checks. Our products are shipped with highly cushioned sustainable boxes to ensure zero breakage. The products are not eligible for return/refund if the agmark sleeve is not intact with the cap on the evidence given to avail return/refund. We evaluate our products on various parameters to guarantee full customer satisfaction. We ensure that the products are fit for the purpose for which they are intended. However, in the rare event where you are not completely satisfied with the product you receive, then following is the procedure to cancel your order and request for a refund/return.
Cancellation & Refund
To cancel an order, please send us a written request (email shall suffice) within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, no cancellation requests will be entertained. We also reserve the right to cancel any order.
Any amount due to you will be processed to your bank account / card account or any other mode of payment used by you.
It may take up to 20 days for the refund to be processed and completed from our side. Please note, refund time also depends on the time taken by your bank.
FAULTY / DAMAGED GOODS:
At Hyness, we believe that any item purchased should be of top quality and fit for its intended purpose. This is why we are committed to supplying fresh batches of our honey to our customers.
But in the rare case that your order is not exactly what you expected, just send it back to us un-opened in the original packaging along with the invoice within 10 days of receipt and we’ll provide a refund or exchange. The product is not eligible for return/refund if the Agmark sleeve is not intact with the cap on the photographic evidence given to avail of the return/refund.
The cost of getting the package back to us is yours but we will happily cover the cost of sending any replacement to you. Kindly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In case of a refund please note that the original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund. Additionally only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are not covered under our return policy.However, the customer’s rights, in case of a faulty product, depend on the nature of the fault and on the time period for which the customer has had the goods. We assure you that if any problem arises, we aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible and within a reasonable time. If you receive damaged products, please take a picture of the damage and write to us at hello@hyness.in to notify us of the issue.
