The goodness of honey tinged with the light fragrance and sweetness of Sulai flowers sourced from the valleys of Kashmir; whitish in its hue, taking after the white flowers on which our bees feed, Sulai honey can be used to sweeten your green tea and herbal tea.

Sulai flowers are native to parts of India, Sri Lanka, and Africa, and used for their medicinal properties especially in Ayurveda. Rare, they are harvested once in three to four years, hence the honey obtained is an equally limited edition variety.

Crystallisation occurs over time in most kinds of honey due to various factors. The floral source in which the bees forage influences the rate of this natural process. Cold temperatures can speed up the rate of crystallisation.

Keep your honey stored at room temperature and do not freeze until you prefer crystallised honey. While crystallised honey is perfectly edible and loved by a few, it can be liquified by placing it in hot water (not boiling) or sunlight.
